Sandra Kim is the stage name of Belgian singer Kim Caldarone. To date, she has released seven studio albums.
She is best known for representing her home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 1986 in Bergen with the song "J'aime la vie", giving the country its only win to date. Her win was marred by the fact that she was only 13 years old at the time when she had claimed she was 15. Runner-up Switzerland appealed for her to be disqualified to no avail.
As the age rule requiring all competitors to be 16 years or older in the year of competition was only introduced for the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 in Zagreb, her record as the youngest victor will never be broken.
