Nicky Byrne is an Irish singer-songwriter, radio presenter and television presenter best known as a member of boy band Westlife, who have sold over 20 million records worldwide.
He was internally selected to represent his home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm with the song "Sunlight", which failed to qualify for the final.
With the exception of 2016, 2019 and 2021 to 2023 he presented the Irish jury votes from 2013.
