Marc Roberts is the professional name of Irish singer Seán Hegarty. To date, he has released five studio albums and several singles.

He was selected as the host country entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest 1997 in Dublin with the song "Mysterious Woman", which, although seen as a bookies' favourite to retain the Eurovision title, finished as runner up with 157 points to "Love Shine a Light" by Katrina and the Waves of the United Kingdom.

As of 2023, he remains the last act representing his home country to achieve a Top 3 result in the Contest.
