Family Four was a Swedish pop group formed in 1964 consisting of Berndt Öst, Marie Bergman, Agnetha Munther and Pierre Isacsson. They released four studio albums.
They were first chosen to represent their home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1971 in Dublin with the song "Vita vidder", which finished in 6th place with 85 points.
Returning the following year in Edinburgh, they performed the song "Härliga sommardag", which finished in 13th place with 75 points. This made them the first and as of 2023 only act to represent their home country in consecutive years.
Following their split in 1989, they embarked on solo careers and Marie Bergman returned to the Eurovision stage in the 1994 Contest in Dublin alongside singer Roger Pontare, finishing in 13th place with 48 points. This saw her become her home country's most frequent entrant until it was equalled by fellow countrywoman Carola in 2006.
Later the same year Pierre Isacsson died in the sinking of the MS Estonia.
