The Eurovision Song Contest 1984 was the 29th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It was held on 5 May 1984 in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg following Corinne Hermès giving the country its fifth win with the song "Si la vie est cadeau".
No country made its debut while Ireland returned. Greece and Yugoslavia withdrew from competing.
The Contest was won for the second time by Sweden with the song "Diggi-Loo Diggi-Ley" by the group Herreys.
