The Eurovision Song Contest 1976 was the 21st edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It was held on 3 April in The Hague, The Netherlands after the group Teach-In gave the country its fourth victory the previous year with the song "Ding-a-Dong".
Eighteen countries participated. No country made its debut while Austria and Greece returned. Malta, Sweden and Turkey withdrew from competing.
The Contest was won for the third time by the United Kingdom with the song "Save Your Kisses for Me" by the group Brotherhood of Man. The song remains the best-selling Eurovision song of all-time.
