Engelbert Humperdinck is the stage name of Indian-born English singer Arnold George Dorsey. In a career spanning five decades he is one of a handful of artists to have two million-selling singles on the UK charts while selling millions of records worldwide.
On 1 March 2012, it was announced that he would represent his home nation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku. He finished in 25th place with 12 points and is the oldest participant to represent his home nation at the Contest.
